Vision-driven and deeply committed to service, Andrew leads The Zen Dads with both big picture clarity and hands-on dedication. He sets the tone for our culture, champions our mission, and works to ensure every program reflects integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Drawing from his lived experience as a single father and his professional background in leadership and community engagement, Andrew brings both resilience and structure to the organization. His commitment to transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability shapes the foundation of The Zen Dads.

Timothy Tobin

Relational and steady, Tim helps carry the heartbeat of The Zen Dads into the community and brings the organization’s vision to life.

With over 24 years of experience in sales and leadership, he understands the value of trust and consistency. As a calm and present father — the foundation from which The Zen Dads began — he uses storytelling, photography, and video to share the everyday moments that strengthen families and remind parents they are not alone.

Treasurer / Compliance Officer

Charles “CJ” Hellem

Steady, detail-oriented, and committed to accountability, CJ safeguards the financial and compliance foundations of The Zen Dads. His oversight ensures responsible stewardship, transparency, and long-term sustainability for the families and communities we serve.

As a father, CJ brings both structure and heart to the organization. Known for his willingness to step in and help wherever needed, he combines disciplined oversight with a genuine care for people — reinforcing trust at every level of our work.

Secretary / Director of Growth & Strategy

Aaron Yoder

Strategic, thoughtful, and mission-focused, Aaron helps guide organizational direction and long-term development. He works to strengthen partnerships, clarify processes, and position The Zen Dads for sustainable growth and measurable impact.

Aaron is also the author of Shattered Divinity (2025) and Shattered Barriers, bringing a storyteller’s perspective and creative discipline to our strategy and communications. As a devoted father, he leads with both strength and compassion, pairing clear thinking with a genuinely caring heart for the families we serve.

Meghan Keely

Creative and community-minded, Meghan brings experience in communications, grant writing, and economic development to The Zen Dads. She helps secure funding and build partnerships that strengthen the resources serving parents and families.

Professionally, she leads communications for a statewide organization and brings more than 15 years of journalism and writing experience. As a loving mother, she understands the importance of strong support systems and brings both insight and heart to the families we serve.
